Productomschrijving
This sausage filling line puts three machines to work in a row: a vacuum vane filler, a GN-1200 high-speed twister and a hanging machine. The filler removes air from the paste, the twister links the casing at speed, and the hanger lays the links out for the smokehouse. What This Line Does One operator sets the filling weight on the PLC panel, the filler fills at 9000 kg/h, the GN-1200 twister runs up to 1500 sets per minute, and the hanger drops the linked sausage onto smoke
